Please note that we only provide refunds if you cancel prior to your order being printed. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases, we can only offer exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly process an exchange as long as the returned merchandise is in its original condition with all components intact.

We strive to process exchanges promptly. Here’s what you can expect:
Domestic Exchanges - How It Works
Step 1. Reach out to our customer support team via email or call us at (702) 283-1738 to get an exchange authorization.
Step 2. Print your return label. If you don't have access to a printer, don't worry: printing services are available at most post offices. After generating your label, which you will be emailed to you with a required QR code. Secure the item in it's initial packaging with the return autorization form.
Step 3. Send the package to the provided return address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4. Once your new order is confirmed and the shipment is received, we will then process your order.
Important: Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep hold of it until your exchange has been fully processed
EU & International Returns
We're sorry but we do not provide return shipping for international orders outside the US. If you need to return items, you must organize and pay for the return postage yourself.
Postage Cost
Shipping charges for all our products are non-refundable.
Statutory Rights
Our exchange policy operates alongside your legal rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. We maintain the right to decline items that show wear or damage and aren't in new condition. Any rejected products will be sent back and may incur additional delivery fees.
