Standard Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders. 
  • Orders placed after 10:00PM will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the following monday.

International Shipping

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Extra costs are based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Orders placed after 10:00PM will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the following monday.

Express Shipping

  • Express Delivery: Faster delivery for those who need their items in a hurry. Additional charges may apply.
  • Orders placed after 10:00PM will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the following monday.
  • Someone must be present to accept the delivery during either of the two possible days. A signature is mandatory.

Shipping Policies

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-7 days.
  • Local Pickup: Available based on the payment method chosen during checkout.
  • Weight-Based Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order.
  • Damaged parcels: Parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Services within 48 hours.

How can I track my delivery?

Registered airmail: Your shipment's tracking details will be visible online within 5-7 business days after dispatch. For accurate package status, check your tracking information after 7 working days.

Express shipping: you can access the shipment details within 1-3 business days after order has been dispatched.
